Justin embarked on his mortgage banking career in 2004, shortly after graduating with a Business Management degree. With his exceptional skills, he quickly became a top Loan Officer and eventually advanced to a management position, leading a team of 20 successful Loan officers. Throughout his journey, Justin gained valuable experience in both the banking and independent mortgage sectors, acquiring a deep understanding of the industry. Over the course of 20 years, he has developed enduring friendships and professional connections with Bryan, Charles and James.

At Cap One Lending, Justin prioritizes the customer experience above all else. He strives to ensure a smooth and efficient process, maintaining excellent communication with clients and their realtors from start to finish. Beyond the mortgage transaction, Justin believes in building long lasting relationships.

Residing in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Justin shares his life with Cheyenne, and daughter Remi. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, tending to his hobby farm, and creating a welcoming habitat for wildlife. Above all, Justin treasures quality moments spent with his loved ones and close friends.
